Shipping Rates & Details
Paradise Pen makes every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. Items in stock are typically shipped directly from our closest retail store the SAME DAY, if received by 12 noon Mountain Standard Time, or within 1-3 business days of receipt of order. Some orders, depending on availability, can take up to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays) to process and ship. If there are any problems with your order, you will receive an e-mail from us with further details. Typical Ground Shipping service can take 3-5 business days. All express shipping options will take the same number of business days as the option selected (ex: 2nd Day Air = 2 Business Days).
Shipping charges vary by destination and shipping method. Shipping and handling (S&H) in U.S. dollars will be added to your order when you check out.
